Mulberry Cereal

The best way to begin a wonderful day is with a healthy breakfast. Our body would be running low on fuel early in the morning and a nutritious breakfast is absolutely necessary for providing your body with the essential nutrients and starting the day correctly. According to a study conducted by the National Weight Loss Registry , 78% of the people who had lost weight and kept it, had a habit of having breakfast daily. For today’s breakfast recipe we have a mulberry fruit cereal that is vegan, fresh and healthy.

Milk Ingredients :

1 cup Coconut water

1 tsp Vanilla extract  or 1 inch of a Vanilla bean

2 Banana

 

Cereal Ingredients :

1 Banana

½ cup Dried Mulberries

½ cup Strawberries

½ cup Raspberries

¼ cup Almonds

¼ cup Dried Cranberries

Step 1:

For preparing the milk, blend 1 sliced banana, coconut water and vanilla bean/extract until smooth.

Step 2 :

In a bowl add the mulberries first and the banana milk. Then add different kinds of fruits and/or nuts as per your preferences. I used banana , strawberries, raspberries, almonds and cranberries.

There you have it. A completely unprocessed fruit based cereal that is delicious and healthy. A perfect way to start a perfect day.
