Blueberry Acai bowl

Acai is an indigenous berry commonly found in the rain forests of the Amazon. It is rich in anti-oxidants and is known to have many health benefits associated with anti-oxidant rich foods. Our today’s version of acai bowl is with blueberries. This recipe is very filling and can be a perfect breakfast and the best part is that it takes less than 10 min to make.

Ingredients :

3 Bananas

½ cup Oats flour

1 cup Blueberries

3 tbsp Chia seeds

¼ cup Raspberries

¼ cup Sunflower seeds

1 kiwi

Step 1:

Mix 3 bananas with 1/4 cup of oat flour.

Soak the chia seeds in a small bowl with water for about 10 mins.

Blend 3/4 cup of blueberries and 1/4 cup of raspberries in a blender.

Step 2 :

Transfer the banana mix, blueberry-raspberry blend and the soaked chia seeds into a bowl. Top it with some sunflower seeds to add some extra crunch. Garnish with oat flour and chia seeds in the middle ,  add bananas and blueberries  to one half of the bowl. Decorate with Kiwi slices. 🙂

As you can see from the nutrition label, this powerful breakfast packs in about 8.6gm of protein and can keep you going until late into the day. So go ahead and give it a try. Start your day on a positive note with this healthy and hearty breakfast.

    I’m confused…how is this recipe 928 calories? Your Nutrition Facts seem to be a little off…unless it’s correct than wow thats a lot of calories just for breakfast!
